Who we are
Operexa is operated by DAGENCY OÜ, registry code 17005071, Estonia. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at info@operexa.eu for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), country, the topics you choose, your message, and how you found our website (for example the referring site or campaign link).
- Booking: when you book a call, Google Calendar processes the details you enter there.
- Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, arrange a video call and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To understand which parts of our website are useful and improve it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the website.
Who processes it
We store enquiries in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) and use Google Calendar and Google Analytics, provided by Google. Google may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as the contract and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics retention setting, at most 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Write to info@operexa.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
Cookies
The website works without cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept analytics". You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the website footer.
